At Ahinsa Denim division, sustainability is the cornerstone of our operations. Based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, we integrate eco-conscious practices into every facet of our textile production, from spinning cotton fabrics to crafting high-quality denim fabrics. Our commitment to environmental responsibility drives us to optimize resources, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with stringent standards set by the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB).

Our sustainability efforts are built on three pillars: energy efficiency, responsible water usage, and waste reduction. We operate with advanced machinery that consumes 32,000 kWh, supported by regular energy audits to minimize power wastage. Our closed-loop water systems manage 42,000 liters daily, ensuring efficient use and safe discharge. Additionally, our modern spinning systems reduce fiber loss, with yarn waste repurposed to support a circular economy. Through these initiatives, we aim to set a global benchmark for sustainable textile manufacturing.
