Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)
At Ahinsa Denim, our boilers are equipped with advanced Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) systems designed to capture fine dust particles and suspended solids from the flue gases. This high-efficiency filtration significantly reduces air pollution, ensuring a cleaner environment within and beyond our facility. We are fully compliant with CPCB and RSPCB environmental norms, contributing to a safer and healthier workplace while supporting our broader decarbonization vision.
Biofuel-Based Boiler System
We have adopted a renewable approach by operating boilers that run on biofuels derived from agricultural residues and organic biomass. This transition from conventional fossil fuels to bio-based alternatives significantly reduces our greenhouse gas emissions and carbon intensity. The system promotes energy circularity while enhancing thermal efficiency and reducing reliance on non-renewable energy sources. It reflects our commitment to building a low-carbon and sustainable manufacturing ecosystem.

Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS)
To ensure real-time accountability, we have deployed Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) on our boiler stacks. These systems continuously track key emissions including CO₂, SO₂, NOx, and particulate matter, allowing us to maintain strict environmental compliance. CEMS not only facilitates accurate 24/7 monitoring but also enables real-time regulatory reporting, ensuring transparency and reinforcing our environmental responsibility.
Committed to Carbon Reduction & Sustainability
Ahinsa Denim is dedicated to aligning its operations with India's national climate goals and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By integrating eco-efficient technologies like ESP, CEMS, and biofuel-powered boilers, we are proactively working toward a net-zero carbon emission future. Our focus on sustainable production practices not only helps lower emissions but also strengthens our leadership as a responsible manufacturer committed to environmental stewardship.
