Chemical Testing
All denim fabric undergoes in-house chemical compliance checks for:

- • Flammability compliance
- • Restricted substance screening (REACH, OEKO-TEX®)
Final Fabric Inspection
Before dispatch, every batch of denim fabric is reviewed for:
- • Surface defects and color consistency
- • Dimensional accuracy
- • Final QA manager sign-off
